Hi guys have a metal hilt kukri to show you ,it's a Tin Chirra blade with metal handle ,think 1920s or 30s for this one ,nicely cut kaudi ,340 grams ,not a very large blade just 11 inch
Has scabbard and one Karda .would this be an officers piece ?
Any thoughts on this one ?
Regards

Id agree with your dating. It may have been bought by an Officer, or given to one, but equally anyone with the rupees in their pocket could have bought it.
